VCS Agents

VCS Agents are the most valuable members of the VCS family. All the agents go though extensive four week customer service and sales training program before taking customer calls. The program covers not just oral and written skills but trains agents on how to use industry specific CRM tools and programs. The selection process at VCS is stringent and involves written, oral and computer based testing before an agent is deemed qualified for induction.

Jason Denton

Technology & Planning
Jason has extensive experience in research, design, construction, and implementation of technology infrastructures. At VCS he is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all line of business technology, telecommunications, wide area networking, local area networking, desktop/laptop/thin client support, IT security, disaster recovery planning, applications support, data management, and electronic medical records management. Jason’s 20 years of professional work experience include positions at: Reliable Technology Services, Inc. Sterling Commerce (an IBM company) and CompUSA

Anga Sanders

HR & Administration
Anga possesses more than twenty years of human resources experience, she held positions in some of the nation’s largest and most well-respected companies like Mary Kay, AMR and Neiman Marcus. At VCS Anga is responsible to provide Human Resources Policy, Procedural Framework and Human Resource Development needs of VCS employees. Anga holds the highest level of certification, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. In addition, she possesses both a Bachelors Degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts (concentrations in psychology and law) from Southern Methodist University.
